Shipping Information
In-stock items are generally shipped within 1-5 business days following the receipt of your order. We ship via USPS or UPS Ground with delivery confirmation to the address provided upon checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, you are responsible for the lost package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Kelly's Treasures reserves the right to decide the best shipping method for your order. Orders should be received within 3-7 days from the date items were shipped.
In addition to this website, Kelly’s Treasures also travels around the south setting up the jewelry at various events such as Jr. League Gift Markets and monthly at First Monday Trades Days in Canton, Texas. At most we are gone 5 days at a time, so if you happen to place your order when we are gone, you might expect a day or two delay. If you are worried about delays or are under a time crunch, email us or give us a call so we can let you know exactly what to expect.
You will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a big delay in shipping. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we will place your entire order on hold and ship it once this item is back in stock. If you want your in-stock items quickly, we suggest placing two separate orders—one for in-stock items and one for out-of-stock—so you may receive them immediately. Kelly's Treasure currently does not ship outside of the United States.
